Each person is different but together we reveal a greater picture of Jesus Christ. God has something for each one of us to do so we would encourage -
Everyone to play their part: It is easy to think of ways we can be disqualified when it comes form playing our part but we all can, whether it be at work, as we meet or at home! This may be through practically serving, encouraging others, pastoring, teaching, leading, discipling, ... the list goes on.
Commitment to community: Commitment to relationships can be hard work at times but God never gave up on us. As we journey together we can build
accountable relationships that have discipleship at their heart.
Permission to fail: We want to people to simply ‘have a go’ and grow in their gifting. Fear of getting it wrong can be so crippling that we fail to act.
We want to see people be courageous and where necessary learn from their mistakes.
