Our Values

Our foundational scripture is "But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him." (John 4:23). It is important to us as it reminds us that:

• As we navigate our way through life, we can have good foundations rooted in the Bible (Truth).
• The Holy Spirit (Spirit) is at work in us and through us. He transforms us, and He equips and empowers us for God's purposes.
• We have access to God, the Father, because of what Jesus has done for us. We can give thanks (worship) wherever we are at any time - we don't just have to wait until Sunday morning or when we gather midweek.

Jesus was speaking to someone that culturally and socially people wouldn't have expected Him to. He came for all. In the Bible we see Him spending time with His Father, with His friends the disciples, and with those that didn't yet know God, pointing them towards God. What a great role model for us to follow.

As a church we passionately believe in providing an environment where people are resourced and equipped to do the things that God is calling them to do - whether this be in day to day life or in a leadership capacity.
